James Tuite

James has practised law since 1985. James holds a Master of Laws specialising in Trade Practices and International Transport Law. James has acted for insurers in public and product liability, professional indemnity, property, ISR and marine and transport matters.

James also has extensive experience in drafting of commercial agreements, terms and conditions of supply, property transactions and all varieties of litigation.

Joanne Scott

Joanne has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Economics majoring in Business Finance and Economics.

Joanne has conducted liability, professional indemnity, product liability, building and construction and property claims.

Joanne is experienced in providing commercial advice including drafting loan agreements, shareholder and transfer of shares agreements, leasing, licence agreements, joint venture arrangements and all conveyancing and estate matters.
